NorthBridge Sourcing terms of service
These terms cover use of this website and the inquiry form. NorthBridge Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. It is not reds10, it does not claim authorized dealer status, and it does not supply that brand’s buildings through this site.
What a submission is
A completed form is a request to compare alternative modular and portable buildings. It is not an order, a purchase contract, or a statement that a factory has accepted the specification. Quotations, if any, come later from suppliers and remain subject to their own conditions.
What you should include
Write the building use, dimensions, project location, code jurisdiction, known design loads, quantity, destination, timing and the scope you want priced. Shell, delivered, installed and turnkey are different scopes. An optional budget and a supplier preference are buyer notes, not verified prices or ratings.
Limits
The desk does not provide engineering stamps, code approval, or a guarantee that a cited standard applies to your site. IBC, IRC, HUD Code, ASCE 7, AISC 360 and AWS D1.1 are names you may ask a supplier to address. They are not credentials of this website. No savings percentage is offered.
Acceptable use
Do not submit another person’s confidential drawings without the right to share them. Do not use the form to impersonate the searched brand. The site may decline a brief that asks this desk to pretend it is that brand.
Quotations and scope
Any later factory number applies only to the specification, quantity, destination and scope written in that quotation. A shell price is not an installed price. Transport, tax, foundation work and site utilities remain excluded until a supplier lists them. NorthBridge Sourcing does not add a savings figure and does not promise a reply by a fixed hour.
