NorthBridge Sourcing privacy policy
This policy describes the procurement brief you send to NorthBridge Sourcing. The desk is an independent sourcing partner. It is not reds10 and it does not claim authorized dealer status.
What the form collects
The form asks for a name, a work email, an optional phone, a company, and the procurement requirements you type. If script is available, a selected product name, an optional budget, a currency, a per-unit or whole-order basis, and a supplier preference can be added to that requirements field at submit time. The original text you typed is not rewritten in the box.
Why it is used
The brief is used to understand the building, the quantity, the destination and the scope so alternative factory quotations can be requested. It is not used to publish a testimonial or a client list. This site does not claim a street address, so the reply path is the email you provide.
What is not collected here
There is no file upload on the form. Drawings, if needed, are discussed after the first reply. Payment card data is not requested. A budget figure is optional and is not a payment.
How long the note is relevant
Keep a copy of what you sent. If the project location, loads or quantity change, send an updated brief rather than assuming the first note still matches the site. You may ask the desk to stop using a brief that is no longer current by replying from the same work email.
Sharing with suppliers
The requirements text may be sent to factories being asked for an alternative quotation. Share only what those factories need to price the same use, size, loads, jurisdiction, quantity and destination. The desk does not publish the brief as a review, a case study or a client logo.
