Procurement desk

Send NorthBridge Sourcing the fields a factory quote needs

This page is the full brief. The quote dialog elsewhere is only the short form. NorthBridge Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner and does not claim authorized dealer status. No street address or switchboard is published, because contact returns through the work email you type.

Write the building use first, then the footprint and the height that people will occupy. If the unit folds for the road, add the travel size on a second line so a factory does not price the cube as the finished floor. Name the city or county. If wind speed, ground snow load or the seismic design category is still unknown, type unknown rather than copying a number from another job.

State the quantity as modules or building sets, the destination, and who unloads. Say whether you want a shell, a delivered package, an installed set or a turnkey ask, and keep freight, foundation and utilities as their own lines. An optional budget can be a single amount or a range, in USD or another currency, per unit or for the whole release. A supplier preference of high-end, mid-range, budget or undecided only records how much finish and document depth you want compared. It is not a grade this desk has audited, and you do not need a live quotation before you send the note.

Where the brief goes

Use the form on this page. The same specification stays attached to your contact details. Do not mail drawings to a guessed street; offer to send them after the desk replies to your work email.

How a reply is addressed

The work email and optional phone on the form are the return path. This site does not list a public telephone number or a map pin.

When the desk reads it

Review starts after product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements are present. There is no same-day promise and no office-hours claim.
